Risk Management

Purpose of LCSC's Risk Management area is to provide the following information/services regarding:

• Liaison between LCSC and the State of Idaho on Tort Claims

• Accident Reporting - Whether or not injury is involved

• Certificates of Insurance - Insurance for off campus events

• Campers Insurance- Limited health and accident insurance for participants in "camps"

• Facilities Use- Guidelines for use of LCSC facilities by outside agencies.

• Fine Arts Insurance - Paintings, artwork, etc. coverage

• Foreign Travel Insurance - State employees traveling outside the U.S. on LCSC business

• Major Property Insurance - Buildings and contents coverage from fire, earthquake, flood, theft, etc.

• Public Liability Insurance - General insurance information regarding State insurance coverage

• Small Property Insurance - Items requested to have a lower deductible than Major Properties $2,000 deductible

• Student Athletic Insurance

• Student Intern Insurance

• Student Intramurals- Waiver form and information, no insurance

• Student Newspaper- Covers defamation by newspaper staff

• Vehicle Use Requirements - Use policy and pre-requisites for 15 passenger vans and passenger cars

• Waiver Forms- For participants in high risk activities/events

• Other Insurance- Crime/Bond insurance, energy systems, notary bond insurance
