Facilities Use Guidelines

Most outside organizations that utilize Lewis-Clark State College facilities are requested to provide LCSC with a certificate of insurance at least 10 days prior to use of the facilities.  LCSC shall be named additional insured on all liability policies.

The organization shall provide $1,000,000 (negotiable) limits each for liability for bodily injury/property damage and personal injury.

The types of organizations below are examples of organizations that should provide proof of insurance as described above:

Non-profit organization's meetings
Churches
Community schools (high schools, colleges, etc.)
Sporting events (non-LCSC hosted)
City/County agencies
Private companies
Non-profit groups
