How Do I Report Scheduled Department Foreign Travel?

Any traveling done for Lewis-Clark State College business outside the United States needs to be reported to Administrative Services for the traveler to have insurance coverage through the State of Idaho.  As soon as you are aware of your planned travel, contact Theresa Chrisman in Administrative Services, at (208) 792-2240 or via email with the following information.

1.  Destination

2.  Dates of travel

3. Your job classification

4.  Reason for travel (conference, trade show, sabattical or teaching)
