How Do I Report Scheduled Department Foreign Travel?

Any traveling done for LCSC business outside of the U.S. needs to be reported for the traveler to have insurance coverage through the State of Idaho.  Use the following reporting template to report your department's foreign travel as soon as you are aware of the planned scheduled travel.
