The student newspaper (The Pathfinder) has an insurance policy to cover defamation involving disparagement or harm to the character, feelings or reputation of any person or organization, including libel, slander, product disparagement or trade libel.  Invasion of privacy or interference with the right of publicity including eavesdropping, intrusion upon seclusion, false light invasion of privacy, public disclosure of private facts and commercial appropriation of name or likeness.  Negligent or intentional infliction of emotional distress, outrage or outrageous conduct, trespass or wrongful entry, false arrest or imprisonment, harassment, abuse of process, detention or malicious prosecution are also covered.

Deductible: $5,000 per occurrence, Limits: $1,000,000 per occurrence
