Sheet for Teachers
How to login:
In order to log on to WarriorWeb, you must first
complete the FERPA tutorial. Go
to
www.lcsc.edu.
Click on WarriorWeb, then
Enter WarriorWeb. From here,
click on “FERPA tutorial” and proceed through the tutorial.
Once you have completed the tutorial, it will take approximately 24
hours for your login to be created.
Once you have
completed the tutorial, wait 24 hours and then click on “Enter WarriorWeb”.
Then click on “What’s my User ID?”
You will need to know your ID number for this.
If you don’t know it, contact Shane Andrews at 208-792-2378.
Password: If
you have never logged on to WarriorWeb before and have never been a student
at LCSC, your password is the last 6 digits of your Social
Security Number.
If you have been a LCSC student in the past, but did not log on to
WarriorWeb, your password will be your 6-digit birth date.
If you have logged on to WarriorWeb before as a faculty member or a
student, your password will be whatever you changed it to at that time.
What to do if you can't login:
You may need
to have your password reset. Call (208) 792-2231 or go to the Help
Desk, located in Sam Glenn B.102 to reset your password.
When you
click on any button in these online services, CLICK ONLY ONE TIME.
Double-clicking on buttons may cause your session to timeout.

How to access a roster:
The “Class Roster” link
will provide a list of the courses you teach for the term you’ve selected.
Simply select a course and you will be shown a list of students
enrolled in the class.
How to post grades:
1. To input grades for
your courses, click on the “Submit grades” link.
2.
Using the drop down
box, select the appropriate term and click “Submit.”
3.
Using the drop down
box, select “Midterm” or “Final” grading and click “Submit”.
4.
Select the course
you want to grade by clicking the box to the far left of the course and then
“Submit”.
5.
A
course roster will then be displayed with your active students’ names and ID
numbers.
6.
Type the grades in
the “Grade” box to the right of each name.
Grades are not case sensitive.
Only use expiration dates for incomplete grades (‘I’).
7.
Once you have
entered grades for all of your students, click “Submit”.
The grades will automatically be entered into the Datatel Colleague
system.
8.
All grade rules apply (there
are no A+ or D- grades, etc.)
9.
You cannot delete a final
grade. If you have submitted a
grade in error, simply change the grade in the grade box.
10.
You can see/print the grades
you’ve submitted by using the ‘View grades’ link at any time.
11.
For security purposes,
WarriorWeb has a time out feature.
For very large courses, it is suggested that you submit grades in
small batches.
12.
Midterm grades are not
calculated in the GPA, nor do they appear on the transcript.
However, students can access these grades on-line.
13.
After final grades are
submitted and verified, all grade changes must be done through the Office of
Admission/Registrar using the Change of Grade form.
