Parrish House
On-campus housing at LCSC consists of five residence halls:
College Place,
Clearwater Hall,
Clark Hall,
Talkington Hall, and
Parrish House. All five residences are co-ed and are staffed
with both professional and student personnel who will assist you in various ways and enrich
your leisure time with activities and recreation.
Living in the residence hall allows you cultural, social, and intramural activities. Each residence
hall has lounges, a TV room, game room, computers, laundry facilities, and vending machines.
You must pay a deposit of $200 when you reserve a residence hall room. If there is no damage to the
room, this deposit is refunded when you move out.
You should bring your own towels, pillow, blanket, and sheets or be prepared to purchase them as soon as you arrive.
Most students live in double occupancy rooms or single suites. Whenever possible, international students are housed
with an American roommate or an international student from a different country.
The residence halls are closed and meal service is suspended during Christmas and Spring vacations. Many of our students
travel during these times or find alternate housing.
There are many good reasons to live on campus.
