New Student Advising and Registration (STAR) is the process at Lewis-Clark State College where students who have not attended LCSC in the last five years, are advised and registered for the coming semester. 

STAR provides information about financial aid, payments, what to expect from college and how to register.  STAR provides a relaxed atmosphere which makes it easier for new students to ask questions and learn some basic information about their college careers.

Students who are enrolling for courses through the Coeur d’Alene Center (call 208-666-6707 to register for classes in Coeur d'Alene) the PACE program, or the on-line business management degree are not required to attend STAR.  Returning LCSC students and non-degree seeking student are also not required to register via STAR.  If you are in one of these programs, please contact the Office of Career and Advising Services for information on how to register for classes.
