Transcript Request Information
If you would like a copy of your GED transcript please do the following:
- Print and fill out the transcript request form at
www.lcsc.edu/afe/gedtranscriptrequest.htm
- Mail the request form and a $5.00 check or money
order to the LCSC Adult Learning Center, 500 8th Ave., Lewiston, ID
83501.
We will send a copy of your GED transcript the next business
day.
