Dinner with Eight
as Strangers, Leave as Friends!
The Student Alumni Connection is
excited to invite you to start a tradition, Dinner with
Eight Warriors, a program that helps create a connection
between alumni and current LCSC students. This program
consists of alumni-hosted dinners, which enables students to
meet alumni, faculty, and fellow students in a casual
will host students in their homes or at a restaurant for an
evening of good food, good conversation and L-C hospitality.
The goal is to bridge the gap
between students and alumni. This is an excellent
opportunity to make new friends and valuable connections.
These wonderful gatherings can range from hamburgers by the
grill in the comfort of your own home to a more formal feast
at a restaurant, it is up to each alumnus host. You may also
host a dinner with another alumni or your alumni group. The
host or co-hosts are responsible for the evening’s food and
you ready to host?

major fields of study and alumni in that particular

Do you want to attend a dinner?
Students, are you ready to meet
some of Lewis-Clark State’s greatest alumni? If you are
interested in attending a dinner,

If you can’t seat eight guests,
how about six? You can choose how many people you’d like at
your dinner depending on the size of your home and the style
of your meal. If you are unable to host in your home, there
are alternative options. We are happy to help coordinate a
space on campus.
until 6:00 p.m. Can the dinner begin later?
Your dinner can begin at any time.
While 6:00 p.m. is the suggested start time, you may choose
to begin earlier or later, keeping in mind that a typical
dinner could last three to four hours.
Am I allowed to serve alcohol?
We suggest that you do not serve
alcohol. Although some students will be of age, you will
have some that are not.
