Family Weekend

Family Weekend is a fun-filled weekend stuffed with activities for current students and their family members, both young and old. Bring your family to enjoy all that Lewis-Clark State has to offer. Although there will be many activities planned, please feel free to explore the Lewis-Clark Valley and our surrounding area during the weekend, as there are lots of great attractions.

Friday, April 24

Art under the Elms
The event features over 100 booths of exquisitely hand-crafted fine art items from artisans nationwide, and a variety of activities, performances and demonstrations for your enjoyment. For complete information, please visit www.lcsc.edu/aue/

ConcertShook Twins and Fruition
Shook Twins - Identical twin sisters originally from Sandpoint, Idaho, now based out of Portland, Oregon, play music referred to as ‘quirky folk', incorporating acoustic instrumentation.
Fruition - three of the band's members are originally from the LC Valley. For the last six years, the Portland, Ore. string infused quintet has racked up the miles playing sold out shows in their adopted hometown and garnering new fans across the country.Tickets are available at:  http://www.lcsc.edu/ce/silverthorne-artists-series/

Art Under the Elms

Art Under the Elms (AUE) began in 1984 as a celebration of the arts in north central Idaho and has become one of the largest outdoor festivals in the state. This art festival features over 100 of the region’s finest artists, along with regional entertainers on three stages and family-friendly activities and attractions spanning 3 days. More than just a community festival, AUE is also the major fundraiser for Continuing Education & Community Events and the premier event of the the annual Dogwood Festival.
