Standing over 9 feet tall, this
larger-than-life bronze sculpture memorializes Sacajawea, the healer and
the
peacemaker who joined Lewis and Clark along the trail. Located near the
entrance of Sacajawea Hall, the college’s
new Nursing & Health Sciences building, artist Carol Grende’s bronze
masterpiece is still in need of patrons. |
