The LCSC Alumni Board of Directors represents the
Lewis-Clark State alumni community by overseeing and supporting various
programs and events. The LCSC Alumni Board of Directors is dedicated to
the goal of strengthening bonds between the College, its students and
its graduates. The board serves as a voice for the LCSC alumni
community.
Alumni Development (Annual Fund, Board Giving,
Alumni Awards Event)
Chair: John Blankenship
Purpose: The Alumni Development shall oversee the
recruitment, development and retention of board directors; will review
annual alumni awards and seek out nominations for recognition; provide
input and assistance with Alumni Annual Giving Plan; and work with board
members in achieving annual board

Alumni Outreach (Alumni Communications, Marketing
and Alumni Partnerships)
Chair: Darcy Nelly
Purpose: The Outreach Committee serves to build
alumni participation, procure benefits for Association members,
strengthen Association image, and enhance revenue generating programs.
This committee approves and creates plans to increase membership, works
to increase the number of active members in the Association,
investigates effective revenue-generating programs, partners with
Student Development Committee to provide outreach to LCSC’s future
alumni, and investigates opportunities to promote the Alumni Association
through outreach and marketing activities.
Events Committee
Chair: Steve Stroschein
Purpose: The events committee is responsible for
assisting the coordination of alumni events and to promote the LCSC
Alumni Association.
Student Development (Welcome Back Events,
Alumni/Student Events and Programming)
Chair: Kelly Carlstrom
Purpose: The Student Development Committee is
responsible for interacting with students, facilitating contacts and
positive relations between students and the Alumni Association.
Design, develop and evaluate opportunities for students to network with
alumni and develop a plan for assisting students in building their own
meaningful traditions at Lewis-Clark State College.
Warrior Golf Classic Committee
Alumni Co-Chair: Josh Eckert
Purpose: This committee is responsible for
planning and helping to execute the Warrior Golf Classic, held annually,
usually in September. This tournament is in partnership with Warrior
Athletic Association and Business Student Organization.
