One last bit of study advice; know when to

Stop Studying!

I doubt that many "authorities" tell you this, but you shouldn't study all the time! In fact, you probably shouldn't do anything all the time. (Maybe you could regard studying as a break from other work!)

If you have followed the "Ten Steps to Getting an 'A'" process, then you have done enough, period. You need to schedule one or more of the following activities:

  1. Diversions of any kind, but choose a variety of them and, if you have to, force yourself to do them.
  2. Make sure that many of your diversions include other people, especially your "significant others." You've spent a lot of time alone, buried in your work. Remember, by the time you've done this kind of study, even housework with your husband/ wife/children can be a relaxing diversion.
  3. Exercise, Exercise, Exercise!!!
  4. Get out of doors and breath some real air, get some sun, see the stars.
  5. Go to the movies with your lover and smooch!
  6. Whatever.

In any case, have some fun!!
