IF you are a:      

• Two or four year higher education institution
• Non-profit agency
• K-12 public school or district, especially alternative education programs, remedial programs, and those targeting at-risk students
• Head Start, Even Start, or other not-for-profit community organization

AND your program is interested in developing:

• Tutoring or mentoring projects for "at-risk" students of any age
• In-school or after-school programs
• Literacy services for community residents, including family literacy programs
• Service Learning  programs
