Charlette Kremer,
Program Director

Charlette holds a bachelor’s degree in
communications from Lewis-Clark State College
and will receive a master's degree in adult and
organizational learning and leadership from the
University of Idaho in spring 2013. She has extensive experience in
corporate communications, managing community
relations programs, fundraising and grant
writing. In 2005 she joined AmeriCorps* VISTA
and served in the LC Service Corps office for
two years. In June 2007 she was appointed
interim director of the program and was hired
for the position in 2009. Charlette’s
husband, Richard is a social worker with
Goodwill Industries. They have been married nine years and
have five children and 5
grandchildren.
Judy Bittick,
Regional Program Manager, Boise
Judy has
over 21 years of experience in office
management and working with non-profit
agencies. She moved to Idaho 11 years ago
from Arizona after deciding a long distance
romance was for the birds and has been married
to Jerry Bittick, a native Idahoan for 12 years. Together they have two daughters, two
sons and three beautiful grandsons. Judy loves
to hike, camp, read, visit the many scenic areas
of Idaho, and to be in the desert in the
springtime. Judy has great admiration for the
Lewis-Clark Service Corps members giving a year
of service to better their world.
Jana
Mansfield, Program Assistant, Boise.

Before becoming permanent staff of LCSC, Jana
served as an AmeriCorps member from 2001-2003 in
Treasure Valley AmeriCorps Consortium. Through
her experience in AmeriCorps, Jana has a passion
for the national service community; viewing it
as an indispensable part of meeting critical
needs within the United States. Outside of
work, Jana writes, knits, and covets the time
she spends with her family.
Kari Ann Cerovski
Office Specialist, Boise.
Kari Ann is very familiar with our
program, having served as an AmeriCorps member from 2007-2009 at Liberty
Elementary in Boise. Kari is very excited to be working with AmeriCorps
in a new capacity. She looks forward to getting to know members in the
coming months. Kari enjoys camping, reading and traveling.
Ellen Thompson, Financial Technician,
Lewiston

After graduating from LCSC with a certificate in
Office Technology she worked in the Grants
office on campus for six years. Ellen has been
with LC Service Corps since March
2009. Before she came to the college she worked
in a plywood plant for 23 years She married
Dave and his two kids 20 years ago and they are
proud grandparents of three grandkids who they
love spending time with. Camping is a passion
not a pastime for Ellen and Dave. Ellen also
likes to read good mysteries, barbecue, and
carve pumpkins for the grandkids.
Barb Syska, Program
Specialist, Lewiston.
Barb worked for a different
service program and was familiar with national service before coming to
work with Lewis-Clark Service Corps. Barb enjoys working
with people and considers it a privilege to work with the Lewis-Clark Service Corps
members who have donated a year of their lives to tutor and mentor throughout
Idaho.
Kaitlin Cushman, Office
Specialist, Lewiston

Kaitlin received a B. A.
in English: Publishing Arts with a minor in
Creative Writing from LCSC in the summer of 2012.
She is passionate about literacy and spends most
of her free time reading novels and poetry. This
love of literature will help in taking over
coverage of First Book, a non-profit organization
that aims to give need-based children their own
brand new books. She also enjoys playing with her
two Bengal cats and going on road trips with her
boyfriend.
Alicia
Reddy is an AmeriCorps*VISTA, Lewiston.
Alicia is our AmeriCorps*VISTA serving the
LC Service Corps as our service-learning coordinator. Alicia
is responsible for working to further expand our service-learning
projects by recruiting community partners, students, and faculty; as
well as assisting and planning National Days of Service and other
community service events. Although she was born in Vancouver,
British Columbia, Alicia grew up in the Seattle area before moving
to Pullman to attend Washington State University where she graduated
magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
In college she was extremely passionate about community service and
held a variety of positions on campus related to philanthropy and
community outreach. Alicia also worked at WSU’s Center for
Civic Engagement as a Peer Mentor and Project Leader and is excited
to further her understanding of service-learning while giving back
to the Lewiston Community. Alicia’s other interests include
traveling, hiking, playing piano, lazy days spent reading, and
dancing whenever she gets a chance.
