13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

16 Section 1: To Approve the proposed amendment to Article III, Section III,

17 1.100 and to add Article III, Section III, 2.000 Associated Students

18 of Lewis-Clark State College Coeur d’ Alene Executive Standing

19 Committee to the ASLCSC By-Laws.

23 Section 2: This bill will pass upon a 2/3 majority vote of the ASLCSC

24 Senators present and at least one vote from each Executive and

25 Judicial branches as well as the signature of the ASLCSC

26 President.
