13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

16 Section 1: The expenditure of $500.00 from the Student Senate

17 account to be donated to the Martin Luther King Jr.

18 Human Rights Day Planning Committee to assist with the

19 increased cost associated with planning the Martin Luther King

20 Jr. Day activities, taking place January 17^th, 2005.

23 Section 2: This bill will pass upon a simple majority vote of the ASLCSC

24 Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
