15 Section 1: To supply a stipend for Secretary of Committees.

17 Section 2: To change the “order of” and sub-section numbers of

Section II; to keep the Bylaws straight

orderly with the one (1) stipend addition. Please

Statement of Intent and the proposed Bylaw

as attached.

23 Section 3: This bill will pass upon a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the
ASLCSC

present, one vote from each Executive and
