13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

16 Section 1: The donation of $3500.00 to the Lewis-Clark State College

17 Outdoor Recreation budget. This money will serve as a start up

18 that will allow for the purchase of equipment over the summer.

19 This money will be divided up between the General Account, the

20 Student Senate Account, and the General Reserve, with $500.00

21 coming form the General Account, $1500.00 coming from the

22 Student Senate Account, and $1500.00 coming from General

23 Reserve. This donation will serve as the Legacy Project for the

24 2004-2005 ASLCSC.

29 Section 2: This bill will pass upon a simple majority vote of the ASLCSC

30 Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
