13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

16 Section 1: Approve the expenditure of up to $300.00 for O.E.L.A and

17 Hispanic students of LCSC for the Cinco de Mayo Celebration.

18 This money will serve to purchase food, decorations, and music

19 for this event, which will be held in the Amphitheater on May 5^th

20 2005, from 11:00-4:00p.m. Money used will be allocated from

21 the Media Relations Account.

24 Section 2: This bill will pass upon a simple majority vote of the ASLCSC

25 Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
