TO APPROVE

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

Section 1: To adopt the accompanying document as the new table of contents
                   for the restructuring of the by-laws of the ASLCSC.

Section 2: This bill will pass upon a two thirds majority vote of the ASLCSC
                  Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
