TO APPROVE

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

Section 1: To approve the expenditure of $885.44 for transportation,
                  registration, and hotel expenses regarding the North West
                  Leadership Conference (see attachment). This expenditure will
                  be taken out of the Leadership and Development fund.

Section 2: This bill will pass upon a simple majority vote of the ASLCSC
Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President.

North West Student Leadership Conference Expenses

TRASPORTATION: Lewiston to Portland- 340 miles x 2= 680 total miles
680 x .31 cents mile= $210.80

REGISTRATION: 5 students @ $60.00 each= $300.00

HOTEL: 2 rooms for 2 nights @ $84.00 plus 11.5% tax=$374.64

TOTAL: 210.80
                        300.00
                     +374.64
                        885.44
