BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

Section 1: To adopt the accompanying document (Section II Legislative) into
                   the restructured By-laws of the ASLCSC.

Section 2: This bill will pass upon a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the ASLCSC
                  Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
