IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

15 Section 1: That this appointment will take effect upon the presentation
16 of a letter of
resignation of Ben Schuster’s current appointment
17 as
the ASLCSC Chief Justice.

19 Section 2: That this appointment will take effect upon swearing in and
20 taking the oath from the new ASLCSC Chief
Justice.

22 Section 3: This Bill will pass upon a simple majority vote of the
23 ASLCSC Senate
and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
