TO APPROVE: The removal of Senator Sheldon Allen from office.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

Section 1: That the ASLCSC support the finding of the Ethics Committee, for the immediate removal of Senator Allen from office as the ASLCSC Pro-Tempore and senator as validated by the Committee.

Section 2: That the ASLCSC support the decision of the ethics committee pertaining to: unexcused absences, complaints filed by the Finance Committee members and the job of the Pro-Tempore having not been met.

Section 3: This bill will pass upon a simple majority vote of the ASLCSC Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
