13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

18 Section 1: The allocation of $3,000.00 dollars from the ASLCSC

19 General Account, for the purchase of an Automated

20 External defibrillator and two security cases for secure

21 accessible storage of the new A.E.D. and the A.E.D.

22 currently used by Student Health Services. This will be the

23 Legacy Project for 2006-2007.

25 Section 2: This Bill will pass upon a simple majority vote of the

26 ASLCSC Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC

27 President.
