13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

15 Section 1: The appointment of Sean Bloomsburg to the position of ASLCSC

16 Associate Justice.

18 Section 2: The duties of this position will commence upon a confirmation

19 vote of the ASLCSC Senate, the proper signatures of this Bill,

20 and upon being sworn in by the ASLCSC Chief Justice.

22 Section 3: This Bill will pass upon a simple majority vote of the ASLCSC

23 Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
