TO APPROVE: The appointment of Ali Faris Mohamed to the position of

ASLCSC Associate Justice.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

Section 1: The appointment of Ali Faris Mohamed to the position of

ASLCSC Associate Justice.

Section 2: The duties of this position will commence upon a confirmation

vote of the ASLCSC Senate, the proper signatures of this Bill,

and upon being sworn in by an ASLCSC Associate Justice.

Section 3: This Bill will pass upon a simple majority vote of the ASLCSC

Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
