9 TO APPROVE: A Special Election for Constitution ratification.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

16 Section 1: The proposed attached ASLCSC Constitution shall come to a vote

17 of the student body in a Special Election for ratification.

20 Section 2: The proposed ASLCSC Constitution shall be ratified by a

21 majority vote of the students voting in the Special Election for

22 ratification.

25 Section 3: This bill will pass upon a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of the

26 ASLCSC Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
