9 TO APPROVE: Funding for Sheldon Allen to attend the Idaho Indian Education

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

16 Section 1: To approve the expenditure of $214.24 from the Leadership

17 Development account to enable ASLCSC Chief Justice Sheldon

18 Allen to attend the Idaho Indian Education Summit 3^rd Annual

19 Conference October 6^th and 7^th at the Coeur d’Alene Casino/Resort

20 Hotel.

23 Section 2: This allocation will be used to pay for lodging, meal and travel

24 expenses for Chief Justice Allen at the conference.

26 Section 3: This bill will pass upon a simple majority vote of the ASLCSC Senate

27 and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
