order at 4:30 p.m.

President Smith, Media Relations Director Sherpa, Chief Justice Vaughan, Associate
Justice Wittman, Associate Justice Zipse, Associate Justice Ramirez.
Excused Absent:

Approval of Minutes:
Approval of the minutes for January
30, 2007. Motion Senator Frei, second Senator Estes. Motion to friendly amend
minutes to read January 30, 2007 Senator Fragnella, second Senator Frei.
Unanimous. Motion to approve, second by Senator Arnzen. Unanimous.
Student Government Advisor
■ Ernie
Williams- Absent.
Student Activities Coordinator
■ Brandon Lytle- Deadline for 5 on 5
Basketball Feb 16, 5 pm. Still has 5 tickets left for Globe Trotters. Price for
Healthy Steps has been reduced for students to $30 and the deadline has been
moved to Friday at 5pm.
LCSC Administration Communications
■ Tony Fernandez- unable to attend.
Executive Communications
■ President
Bloomsburg- Please remember to shut the door, there are valuables in the office
and we have had things stolen from the office. Karen Johnson’s resignation is
official. Maria Lacey is the new Pathfinder editor. The Commencement Committee
is interested in the recycling graduation gowns program getting up and running.
■ Vice-President
Smith- Thursday meeting after Roundtable for Finance this week.
■ Media Relations Director Sherpa- Get
information for the Pathfinder to her by tomorrow so she has time to get it
done before Friday. If you have announcements get them to her by the end of the
week.
■ Committees Director Gray- Will have
an updated committees list by this week. Any heads of the committees need to
get with him to advise him of meeting dates.
Judicial Communications
■ Chief Justice Vaughan- Election
packets are still available in the office. Have had to make more copies today. Will
be having a BBQ.
Committee Reports
Book Exchange: Senator
Astle asked what should be done with the books. General consensus was that they
donate them to Circle K.
Graduation: VP
Smith reported that they met last week and made some good progress. Decided on
a theme, will be doing a western theme.
Diversity: Will
get together after this meeting to discuss a meeting time.
Ethics: Senator
Allen asked that they meet after this meeting for an informal meeting.
Old Business
Motion to amend agenda to
move Senate Bill 07-S036 to new business Senator Fragnella, second Senator
Frei. Unanimous.
New Business

Brandon Lytle reported that the Web is showing “The Jackie Robinson
Story” on February 13 in the WCC at 7pm, in honor of Black History Month.
■ Senator
Allen reported that the Native American Club will be holding a Indian Taco sale
as a fundraiser.
■ Senator
Astle reported that the interviews will be at 2 pm on Friday. Discussion ensued
about what time had been decided on for the interviews.
■ Maria
Lacey reported that the questions for the Pathfinder “your most memorable
moment” is meant to be in relation to the ASLCSC.
