Student Government Advisor
■ Ernie
Williams- referred to the office wars and advised he has talked to everyone
involved.
Student Activities Coordinator
■ Brandon Lytle- Concert went well last
night. Had about 70-75 people.
LCSC Administration Communication
■ None.
Executive Communications
■ President
Bloomsburg- There will be no bowling for the Christmas party, will be going to Fazzari's
for pizza. Stipends will be available on Monday. If everyone who signed up to
go to JFAC go it will be $1600 is presenting a bill for less than that. Will
have a short meeting on Thursday then will head over to Fazzari’s. Will be
calling in pizzas before heading over.
■ Vice-President
Smith- Talked about the JFAC bill. Stated that if everyone attended that wanted
to it would cut down the possibility for attendance at SBOE. Would like to see
President, VP and Majority Leader go.
■ Media Relations Director Sherpa- Nothing.
■ Committees Director Gray- Absent.
Judicial Communications
■ Chief Justice Vaughan- Election Code
is on the table. Senator Astle sponsored the bill.

Motion to amend agenda to add bills 06-F033 through
06-F035 Senator Fragnella, second Senator Frei.
■ Senate Bill 06-F033: Santa’s Helpers
Donation. Motion for friendly for
line 5 to read #06-F033, Senator Arnzen, second Senator Frei. Unanimous. Motion
to vote Senator Allen, second Senator Arnzen. Roll call vote: 8 Yes, 0 No, 0
Abstentions. Bill passed.
■ Senate Bill 06-F034: Election Code. Motion to vote Senator Kent Johnson,
second Senator Fragnella. Roll call vote: 8 Yes, 0 No, 0 Abstentions. Bill
passed.
■ Senate Bill 06-F035: JFAC Travel Funding. Senator
Kent Johnson stated that he disagreed with the limited number of people that
will be going. With the start of the State Student Association he feels that
the greater the number of people going, the bigger the impact to other
colleges. Motion to amend line 20 to read $1800 Senator Kent Johnson, second
Senator Astle. Senator Allen Abstained. Friendly did not pass. Senator Allen
asked who would be going if it was amended to read $1800. President Bloomsburg
read off the list of who wanted to go. VP Smith stated that the Leadership
Development account is at about $2400. VP Smith stated that there was very
little student government involvement when the SBOE meeting was here and he
would hope that everyone that wanted to go to JFAC was going for the right
reasons. Motion for friendly to line 20 to read $1800, Senator Kent Johnson,
second Senator Fragnella. Unanimous. VP Smith asked if the author had to agree
to the friendly and stated that he wanted to make sure that everyone would be
on board to transfer funds if needed down the road for Leadership Development.
VP Smith approved the friendly amendment. Motion to vote Senator Johnson,
second Senator Fragnella. Roll call vote: 8 Yes, 0 No, 0 Abstentions. Bill
passed.

Senate Information Reports
■ Jimmie
O’Harra presented the LCSC books website. http://www.lcscbooks.com.
Pulled up the live site and showed it to the Senate. Hopefully in the future
there would be sponsorship of the website for a book scholarship.
Audience Time
■ Senator
Karen Johnson stated that she found out that this campus is a registered test
site for the Microsoft Office certification test. If you would like more
information get with her.
■ Brandon
Lytle reminded the group about the COMM board meeting on Friday at 12:15 in
SUB225.
■ VP
Smith stated that Clubs and Orgs met last week. Scheduled a clubs and orgs fair
after students come back. Will be held in the SUB from 11:30-1:30. Warriormail
meeting will be Friday from 3:30-5. There is also a PowerPoint Presentation on
Myndie’s computer that will be posted on the shared drive for people to check
out Windows Live.

January.
