Full time students are 2,650. CDA enrollment is flat, serving 1-10 students less than the past. On campus and dual credit there were substantial increases. International students total 143. More than 10.2 million dollars in scholarships, financial aid and waivers. This is at a time when most northwest colleges are showing no growth or decreased numbers.

Executive Communications

Media Relations Director O’Harra- the new spotlight should be coming out this week. Advertised the warriormail survey and the Clubs and Orgs meeting. Switched out the information in the Kiosk. Advised that the Senate has the south side of the Kiosk and he put a couple of posters up in that part to advertise. Showed the advertisement he put together for Dave Kelly. Advised that the Senate paid for part of the Dave Kelly event that is coming up.

Committees Director Curd- Clubs and Orgs 21st 12:15 p.m. Judy Dingman requested information on Senators for co-curricular. He sent out contact information to her. Ways and Means needs to meet for a few minutes after this meeting.

Vice-President Astle- Finance please stay to meet after Senate.

President Smith- Found a couple different designs of shirts. Would like information on sizes and colors. Could all do one color, red or blue. Or could do two colors. Depends on what the group wants to do with that. Any input let him know. Will get a list of sizes going. Sent out the warriormail survey URL. www.lcsc.edu/it/survey.asp. The executive branch has been working really hard. Good job to Jimmie for the advertisement he put together for Dave Kelly and for having it printed so fast. Joe has been working really hard getting the committees together. Brock has been working really hard on the craft fair. Advised that the room for the Clubs and Orgs meeting is ACW 136. VP Astle added that there is a seminar on recycling at Washington State. If you’re interested there is probably a way to get people there.
