Whereas: The needs of the LCSC students electing to participate in
                external activities have no means to ensure that they will not be
                penalized

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:
Section 1: 
        A. We the ASLCSC Senate believe that there should be a formal
             guideline and policy established regarding the ability of students
             to have excused absences.
         B. We adopt the attached document as the guidelines and form
               for those excused absences.
         C. We believe that this should be a triplicate form. In order to follow
              a formal standard of procedure.

Section 2: This resolution will pass upon a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the
                ASLCSC Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President
