10 Whereas: This year’s Diversity Committee Celebration for Cesar Chavez

11 was a success.

14 Whereas: The importance of on campus diversity is integral to the educational

15 experience.

19 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

21 Section 1: The Diversity Committee shall host a celebration in honor

22 of Cesar Chavez as well as planning and implementing such

23 a celebration.

26 Section 2: This resolution will pass upon a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the

27 ASLCSC Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
