Senate Resolution #01-S013

WHERE AS: The Auto Club presented the ASLCSC with a proposal
to get
funded to attend a VICA competition. This proposal was funded
through the clubs and organizations account in the amount of
$520. Due to a number of circumstances the Auto Club is unable
to attend this competition in the year 2001. The Auto Club has
proposed to return the funds to student government.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:
Section 1: The Auto Club made this proposal in good faith with
the
understanding that 8 students would attend the State VICA
Competition.
Section 2: The funds shall remain in the Auto Clubs account and
to be used
only for club members to attend the State VICA skills
competition
in the future. The Auto Club's fall 2001 budget must reflect
the money received from ASLCSC.
Section 3: This resolution will pass upon a two-thirds (2/3)
vote of the
ASLCSC Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President
