8 Whereas:
Non-resident hall students are able to place dollars on their student
9 identification cards for the purchase of
food at Sodexho’s “Market
10 Place” and “Jitterz” and those dollars are
called Warrior Bucks and
11 can be rolled aver from semester to
semester.

13 Whereas: Resident hall students are required to purchase meal plans and those
14 plans are rolled over from Fall to Spring semester, but do not allow
15 roll-over from Spring to Fall semester and are cleared out over Summer.

17 Whereas: Resident hall students are able to place dollars on their student

24 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

1: Resident hall students should be allowed to roll over their Flex Dollars
27 from semester to semester without regard to
which semester as long as
28 these students are still enrolled and
registered students of Lewis-Clark

2: Resident hall students should be treated in the same regard as

non-resident hall students concerning Flex Dollars.

2: This resolution will pass upon a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the
35 ASLCSC Senate and the signature of the
ASLCSC President.
