10 Whereas: The Boathouse is no longer necessary for Outdoor Recreation.

12 Whereas: The remote location of the Boathouse makes it inconvenient for

13 patrons of Outdoor Recreation as well as staffing and rental purposes.

15 Whereas: The cost to make the Boathouse a functional facility for Outdoor

16 Recreation is prohibitive.

18 Whereas: The ASLCSC purchased the sign for the Boathouse

24 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

26 Section 1: The ASLCSC’s interest in maintaining the Boathouse is no longer

27 viable for the student funded LCSC Outdoor Recreation Program.

29 Section 2: The ASLCSC wishes to retain ownership of the Boathouse sign.

32 Section 3: This resolution will pass upon a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the

43 ASLCSC Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President
