 TO APPROVE: The appointment of a new Academic Senator.

 BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

 Section 1:                         That Shizuka Fukuchi be appointed as an Academic Senator of the            ASLCSC Student Government.

 Section 2:                         This Bill will pass upon a simple majority vote of the ASLCSC

                                          Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
