11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASLCSC SENATE:

13 Section 1: To approve the appointment of Jimmie O’Harra to the

14 position of ASLCSC Media Relations Director.

16 Section 2: The duties of this position will commence upon a confirmation

17 vote of the ASLCSC Senate, the proper signatures of this Bill,

18 and upon being sworn in by the ASLCSC Chief Justice.

20 Section 3: This bill will pass upon a simple majority vote of the ASLCSC

21 Senate and the signature of the ASLCSC President.
