University of Arizona: As a freshman batted .436 and made 17 starts on the mound while playing for coach Jerry Stitt...Selected as an All-American and All-Pac 10...As a sophomore batted .291in 48 games played...drove in 31 RBI and hit 7 homers. High School: Graduated from Reno High School (NV)...Four year letterwinner on the diamond...Was team captain for two seasons... Named all-state his junior and senior years...Set school records in batting average, runs scored and RBIs ... Also lettered twice in football and three times in basketball. Personal: Born May 7, 1982 in Reno, Nevada to Tony and Denise Kaiser...Drafted in fourth round of the 2000 Major League Baseball Draft by Cincinnati Reds - was the highest high school draft pick that did not sign a professional contract...Member of the 2000 Junior National Baseball Team that took the silver medal at the IBAF World Championships...Also a member of the 2002 Fairbanks Goldpanners who won the National Baseball Congress World Series in Witchita, Kansas this past August...Kaiser is a Kinesiology major at LCSC.
