College (CA) for two years...was a 1st team All-Conference selection and 1st team All-American in 2004...in 2003, was 1st team All-Conference and drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 30th round...stole 26 bases in freshman season and led the state with 39 stolen bases in his sophomore season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Glendora, Arroyo in 2002...four year letter-winner in baseball...played for coach Dan Henly and was 1st All League for first three seasons...tore ACL in senior year, but was still named as Honorable Mention at shortstop.

PERSONAL: Born March 3, 1983 in San Gabriel, California to William and Pamela Vogel...has one brother, William, and one sister, Vanessa...a Kinesiology major at LCSC.
