Redshirted last season.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Played football for two seasons and basketball for one at Great
Falls High School. Was a cornerback, receiver and punter on the
football team and earned all-state honors. He also played in the
state’s All-Star Game and the East-West Shrine Game. In Babe Ruth
baseball, he played for the Great Falls Black Sox and hit .390 his
sophomore year and led the team to the state title. He hit .540 as a
junior as the team finished second in state, and then hit .470 his
final year as the team took third. He played shortstop all three
seasons.
PERSONAL:
Born on May 14, 1986. His parents are Gene and Kathy Bollwitt. He
has two sisters, Ellison and Kala, and his stepsister Lauren Beck is
on the University of Montana women’s basketball team. His hobbies
include snow and water skiing, and weight lifting. He finished first
in the Montana State Powerlifting Championships at 165 pounds in
2005. He had a high school GPA of 3.98. He is majoring in Biology
with an emphasis on pre-dentistry. |
