SPOKANE – The baseball game scheduled for Tuesday between Lewis-Clark State College and Whitworth University has been postponed because of snow.
The two teams are expected to make up the nonleague game sometime in May in Spokane.
Between 4-6 inches of snow fell in Spokane on Monday night and Tuesday morning.
LCSC, 25-9, will next take part in a four-game series with the College of Idaho. The first two games will be in Caldwell at 1 p.m. Thursday and noon on Friday, both Pacific time. The series then moves to Lewiston for a 6 p.m. contest on Saturday and a noon game on Sunday.
