Warriors' bullpen. He
appeared in 14 games, all in
relief, and finished with an
ERA of 2.25, third
best on the team. Opponents
hit .258 off of him as he
collected 24 strikeouts and
only four walks. His
strikeout to walk ratio led
the team.
JUNIOR COLLEGE:
Had two saves, and held a
1.63 ERA and a 3-0 record in
16 appearances and 27.2
innings (all in relief) for
Santa Ana in 2008. He also
struck out 20 batters while
giving up zero walks.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned
first-team all-league honors
all four years at Santa Ana
High School. Also was named
Santa Ana’s High School
pitcher of the Year.
