PRIOR
COLLEGE:
Attended the
University of Washington
for a year. He was a pitcher
for the Huskies. Made 19
appearances, including all
but one in relief, and
finished with a 3-1 record
and a 3.09 ERA, which ranked
second on the team. He
pitched 35 innings and
allowed 41 hits with seven
walks and 12 strikeouts.
Opponents hit .304 against
him. Ironically, his only
start of the season came
against LCSC when he allowed
seven hits and two runs in
four innings in a 5-2
setback to the Warriors. He
had a no decision in the
game.
HIGH
SCHOOL:
Was homeschooled, but played
sports at Eastmont High. He
was a quarterback and
linebacker on the football
team where he earned two
letters and then was a
pitcher and third baseman on
the baseball team. He earned
three letters in baseball
and was captain of the team
his senior year.

Born on September 8, 1989 in
Bellevue,
Wash.
Real first name is David but
prefers Seth. Parents are
David and Mary Haehl. Has
two brothers, Nolan and
Carter, and a sister, Caylan.
Had one grandfather play
running back at Oregon and another play basketball at
Eastern Oregon.
His uncle was captain of the
crew team at the University of Washington
and he has a cousin that
currently is a linebacker at
Eastern
Washington
University.
Hobbies include hunting and
fishing. He is a History
major.
