Went 10-2 with a 3.86 ERA
with Ohlone College in 2009.
He made 13 starts on the
season. In 2008, he played
both pitcher and catcher and
hit .317 with seven home
runs, 37 RBI, and 12
doubles, and was named to
the Coast South
All-Conference Team. He
served as team captain both
years at Ohlone.

catcher, he was named league
MVP his senior year when he
finished the season with a
.524 batting average, three
home runs, 40 RBI, and 12
doubles. He was drafted by
the Colorado Rockies in the
40th round in 2006.
