JUNIOR COLLEGE: Was a teammate of Andy Matthews last season at Walla Walla Community College. He began his college career with a redshirt season at the University of Hawaii before he transferred to WWCC. Played in the outfield for WWCC and led the team in hitting with a .344 average and a .428 slugging percentage. He had four doubles, eight triples, one home run and 26 RBI. He also went 5-for-5 in stolen bases.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Mead High School in Spokane in 2007. Played second base and earned three letters in baseball and was team captain his senior season. Earned second-team all-state Class 4A honors as an infielder.

PERSONAL: Was born May 8, 1989 in Spokane. His parents are Scott and Kristy Moore and he has one sister, Cassie Hare. His hobbies including golfing and fishing. He is pursuing a degree in Kinesiology.
