The baseball series between Lewis-Clark State College and Corban was delayed at least for a day because of weather conditions in the Salem, Ore., area.
The two teams were originally scheduled to play doubleheaders on Friday and Saturday in Lewiston, but because of temperature forecasts called for the highs to only be in the 20s in the Lewiston area during the two days, the two doubleheaders were move to Oregon earlier this week.
However, a weather system hit Salem Wednesday night and another is expected on Friday. Because of this, the LCSC baseball team did not bus to Salem on Thursday and will wait until around noon on Friday before making a decision about playing the doubleheaders on Saturday and Sunday in the Salem area.
