Lewis-Clark State College senior outfielder Bryan Abrey was one of 228 student-athletes named a 2011 Daktronics-NAIA Baseball Scholar-Athlete, the NAIA released on Thursday.In order to be nominated, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.50 on a 4.0 scale and must be a junior in academic standing to qualify.
Abrey, who is from Richmond, British Columbia, is a Kinesiology major at LCSC. He hit .319 for the Warriors this season with 22 hits, 11 of which went for doubles.
